Additional features such as Live View, Motion Detection & Notification, 2-Way Audio, Pan & Tilt & Zoom, Playback, Siren, and Spotlight are included at no extra cost.

For advanced features like Cloud Storage and Artificial Intelligence Recognition Service, a monthly or annual subscription is required. The Netvue App is the only supported platform for our products, and we recommend installing the latest version for optimal performance. In case of any issues, our customer support is available through the app for assistance.
